The beating heart of Our Lord Jesus awaits us in each Holy Mass. May we honour him by approaching the altar with reverence. Please,any Eucharistic Minister examine your conscience. Jesus expects and deserves all the love respect and reverence we can give.

If anyone is intending to dress in shorts…please don’t do this. Please don’t wear sandals. It takes very little money to dress respectfully. We are approaching Calvary each time we near the altar.  In our hearts remember Our Blessed Mother’s suffering. Please on this day let us please Jesus as much as we can.

Dream from two weeks ago.

About 2 weeks ago I had a dream. I wasn’t terrified by it, although what I saw was terrifying.
First scene was viewing earth from space below me. It was a corner or section of the planet not the whole planet. Below me was just fire everywhere. The area was western Europe ,the mainland.
Next scene was civic disorder and panic. Young men were going around shooting people. I was in the back of a car with my wife but was shot in the leg. We made our way to hospital for treatment but the hospital itself was under fire. I got the impression that the disorder spread like a ‘ domino effect’.
I’ve had a dream before about most of the UK being under water.Parts of the south east relatively unscathed but with houses under water in sections around London and south east.. This particular dream was in September 2020 where I was given a couple of prophetic dreams.

Suffering Saints.

Jesus to The Little Prophet : ‘Make reparation for the sins of others’

I was just thinking about ‘what is the meaning of the life of a Saint’. When we think of and see pictures of Saints we in this world can view them as Angelic and Holy. That’s true I guess but one thing connects all Saints: Suffering.

To be a Saint one must suffer. Jesus told us Saints of old relished the chance to suffer as it would help Jesus save souls.

The lives of St Veronica Guiliani and Padre Pio were painful. They were hounded sometimes directly by the enemy or he would work through others around them or events to make their lives difficult.

With Saints God has chosen these blessed souls to lead others to him. Jesus will require suffering from them and things will be allowed to happen to them to cause suffering.

There is the struggle with the cross and then coming to terms with your cross. We discover that accepting our cross with trusting docility lightens our load. Fighting against your cross causes more hardship. Guardian Angels were always there to help prop them up when weary.

A Saint I think would need to be made a genetically sensitive person as the pain they suffer has to be felt deeply and viscerally in service to Jesus.

Padre Pio knew the 3rd secret and that the apostasy would be at the top of the church. Amongst other torments one of his crosses was the hierarchy of the church who because of their suspicion banned him from saying masses for a period. Padre Pio willingly suffered and said that he took on this suffering because of what he saw that was to come of the church during the end times. The church itself in irony became an instrument of suffering for him.

St Veronica had a deep love of Jesus and identified so deeply with his suffering and realised that Jesus was still suffering. She wanted to help Our Lord and willingly suffered for him.

There would of been a psychological crisis in the life of a saint in accepting their cross but a metanoia once this understanding was accepted and understood.
