I posted on an earlier blog a prayer that is on you tube. It’s The Litany of Saints in Latin. It is 8 hours long and ideal for playing over night. You can also charge up an old mobile or I pad and play while you are out during the day.
It is a good aid to your prayers.
Also have a St Benedict Medal and Miraculous Medal around your neck. This gives you a degree of protection also.
Keep lots of Holy Water and Holy Salt.
